I have been doing tech support in Boston's South End for the past 30 years. My primary focus has been on Apple computers and devices. I’m well versed in technology in general so I'm also happy to help with printers, TVs, Windows computers, smart home devices, etc. I worked at the Apple Store for seven years as a computer trainer, teaching technical skills to a diverse audience. So my philosophy is that not only can I work on fixing devices myself, I also enjoy sitting together and explaining and teaching you about anything I’m working on or that you might have questions about, if you are interested.
